We have a wide variety of classes to offer, including circuit training, boxercise, yoga, non-contact kickboxing. Our classes for all fitness levels include Cardio, Padwork, Interval training, Toning, Weight-Training and lots more. Non-contact kickboxing training is great for weight-loss, toning, cardio and self esteem. Have fun while learning to punch, kick and improve your overall fitness level – it’s a total body workout!
We also offer Personal Training. Personal Training is done on a customised basis depending on what the customer is looking for. We can include weigh-ins, measurements & food plans. When you come in to the PT sessions, I will keep showing you a mixture of different training sessions so you get an idea of the different options for training available and then we can focus on what you like.
