About us.
We have a wide variety of classes to offer, including circuit training, boxercise, chair yoga, strength and balance personal training sessions for older people, along with activator poles which are great for balance issues. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and include: Cardio, Padwork, Interval Training, Toning, Weight-Training and lots more.

We also offer Personal Training. Personal Training is done on a customised basis depending on what the customer is looking for. We can include weigh-ins, measurements & food plans. When you come in to the PT sessions, I will keep showing you a mixture of different training sessions so you get an idea of the different options for training available and then we can focus on what you like.
I am also a tutor for Sports Active and work with groups with chronic conditions and disabilities I can also work with groups privately ie COPD, intellectual disabilities, MS etc.
